The recordingvaganza started in November 2019 when P visited Düsseldorf and stopped at my place with his cool recording stuff and we recorded for some days. Time passed and we continued our work and added some new Songs in April 2020 when I visited P in Mannheim in his beautiful home sutido. David joined us on the Bass and the songs evolved. The famous Casio guitar was there too. After some months of thinking and the artwork for the EP getting readier P and I had another phone call. How would we continue? Maybe some other people could join to play the Banjo. Or the trumpet. Or the Lapsteel. They joined and we recoreded in the basement. It was fun! One day we drove to another basement for some vibes. And then we had a little roadtrip to Cologne to get the keys. Now there is a beautiful base to every song. There will be 6. And I’m singing now. And then the voice recording will be done. See how close we have come? Exciting!
